Roger Carl Ilitch

Roger Carl Ilitch, Solicitor and Barrister, has 20 years of experience as a lawyer specialising in environmental law. He has extensive experience in case managing and prosecuting environmental offences. He has set charges as an informant and prosecutor for over 500 environmental law matters (with a success rate of 100 per cent).

Roger also has extensive experience in the application and use of civil remedies in areas such as biosecurity, land management, fisheries and environmental protection.

Roger has previously been appointed to the Victorian Bar and was briefed in complex environmental litigation matters including the clearing of mangroves in RAMSAR wetlands, which resulted in damages being awarded to the Department of Primary Industries (Victoria).
